Maruška

Vizzulin Maruška is crafted from the Maraština grape variety, harvested by hand from vineyards that yield a naturally higher acidity, lending this wine a distinct freshness. After a brief cold maceration and gentle pressing, the free-run juice undergoes fermentation at very low temperatures. This meticulous process results in a light, irresistibly aromatic wine. Following fermentation, Maruška undergoes a gentle aging process on fine lees for several months, enhancing its complexity and texture.
