Rosé

Vizzulin Rosé is crafted from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, hand-harvested from vineyards known for their distinct freshness and slightly higher acidity. After a brief cold maceration and gentle pressing, the free-run juice ferments at exceptionally low temperatures, resulting in a light, irresistibly aromatic wine. Once fermentation is complete, the wine undergoes gentle aging on fine lees for several months, enhancing its texture and complexity.

Vizzulin Rosé features a delicate and alluring salmon-pink hue with pleasing fruity aromas, highlighted by hints of berry fruit. A subtle residual sugar balances the wine’s freshness and body, making it both refreshing and captivating. Ideally served chilled at 10 to 12 °C, Vizzulin Rosé is perfect as an aperitif with light, simple dishes, but it also pairs beautifully with more complex fare, such as grilled fish or a tender steak. It’s an excellent choice alongside chilled strawberries, raspberries, or watermelon, offering a refreshing escape on hot summer days.
